Treat people with respect

Do not threaten, harass, bully, stalk, discriminate against, or target others with hateful conduct. Respect consent and privacy. Do not share private information, impersonate someone, or distribute intimate images without consent.

Prohibited content and behaviour

Do not use Chitti for sexual exploitation, illegal pornography, violent threats, incitement to violence, terrorism, trafficking, scams, fraud, malware, spam, or other unlawful activity. Do not infringe intellectual property rights, evade blocks, or abuse report and account systems.

Child safety

Chitti strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of children, and trafficking or sexual exploitation of a child. This includes unlawful synthetic or computer-generated material. These prohibitions apply regardless of whether Chitti is used by adults or minors.

Do not create, upload, request, offer, share, or facilitate such content or behaviour. If Chitti becomes aware of a credible child-safety violation, we take appropriate action on information available to us, including restricting or removing accounts and content within our control, and making reports to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Our child-safety contact is harshita210604@gmail.com. Use the subject “Child safety — Chitti”. Do not send illegal images or videos to this address.

How to report a concern

Use in-app reporting and blocking where available, or contact harshita210604@gmail.com. Include the relevant username or group identifier and a short explanation. Do not attach illegal material, passwords, or private encryption keys. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Because conversations are end-to-end encrypted, Chitti does not routinely read private messages. In-app reports do not automatically include readable conversation history. We assess available account information, reports, and other lawfully available evidence.

Enforcement and appeals

We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts and groups where justified by violations, safety, or legal obligations. Content within our control may be removed. We cannot retract material already saved on another person’s device.

If you believe action against your account was a mistake, contact harshita210604@gmail.com and identify the account and concern. We consider the information available and respond as appropriate. These standards supplement the Terms and Conditions.
